Shipping Methods

We have two methods of shipping. For parcels under 2kg we use Royal Mail and everything is sent out First Class Signed For. We want you to be assured that your precious goods are tracked!

For parcels over 2kg we use a courier, and we send everything out on a next working day service, also tracked, for your security.

We have a flat rate for shipping of £5.50 but we offer free shipping when you spend over £100

Returns

Owing to the nature of our lovely products we cannot exchange or refund them, unless there is a fault.
